Rotating ownership
Every child takes turns leading something — a project, a circle, a community task. No permanent captains, no permanent followers. Leadership belongs to everyone, in turn.

Mentor-modelled, not lectured
Our mentors do not give leadership speeches. They show up consistently, take responsibility openly, apologize when wrong, and ask for help when stuck. Children learn leadership by watching it lived.
